Returns and Refund Policy

We are unable to accept any returns or changes to your order once it has been picked up from our Perth office, delivered by us in person, or shipped via Australia Post. All orders are final and non-refundable unless cancelled within accepted period.

Please note that perishable food items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled up to 5 working days prior to the scheduled shipping date. Orders that are already prepared, dispatched or in transit cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Cancellation of orders will incur a $20 administrative fee. Money will be refunded to a customer’s nominated bank account, less this fee.

A cancellation notice must be placed in email to info@tastybox.com.au or via phone on 1300 460 703.

Orders cannot be cancelled on the day of delivery. In the event that a customer needs their order re-delivered on the day of the delivery, a $20 administrative fee will be charged, or the option of a free pick up will be made available.

We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. Store credit will be issued.
